ORIGINAL SELLER VIDEO CONTENT
Let’s set you apart. Your video shouldn’t just be a replay of the photos yours buyers have already seen.
Here are some examples of content I have produced along with my stellar videographer.
Part 1: Quick walk home * Part 2: Area map view * Part 3: Heading out for a run
Selling the lifestyle
Story is key. And selling the story of what your buyer’s life could be like living in your home is a story that I want to craft and leverage to get you top dollar. People want to watch video that they care about and that they feel offers them value.
In this story, I take one of the special features this home has, easy convenience to public transit and HOA subsidized metro cards, and show why the buyer should care.
The caption on YouTube reads: “Enjoy less time commuting and more time outdoors living in the Hamptons at Stonegate, a small enclave of townhomes steps from a bus directly to the Pentagon and backing to a creek-side ravine with exercise trail.”
SOLD with Multiple Offers in a couple short days, when *nothing* was moving fast in this condo building.
Small spaces challenge
After overseeing this condo that needed some simple but critical updates (you might have this is one in my staging before and after photos), I knew a video would help buyers imagine living in this condo building that had been lagging in sales as well as showcase the space my clients and I had invested in overhauling.
You’ll see a tour of the building entrance up to the unit, a spin around the condo, and then then down to the condo amenities. I continue to get feedback from sellers and buyers on this video that this helped them see what their units could be and why they love the building.
